("Paperclip Health," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to maintaining the privacy and security of protected health information (PHI) in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards. HIPPA: by law we follow all HIPPA regulations.
V. Nondisclosure and notice of NO partnerships Paperclip Health: 1. Does not disclose healthcare information to any affiliates, partners other organizations. All information is kept internal and confidential. It is NOT used for any marketing purposes.

In Summary We protect and keep confidential all patient information. This Secure Platform is utilized by our clients ("Customers") who access our Services, which can include telehealth sessions from Medical Group or Providers. Any data collected, stored, or input by Customers into these Secure Platforms is classified as Protected Health Information ("PHI") or medical information. This data is subject to relevant state and federal regulations, such as the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”). The usage and sharing of such PHI are consistent with the Notice of Privacy Practices provided by the Medical Group. Information from the Secure Platform or obtained through Medical Group or your Provider will not be used or disclosed for purposes like advertising, marketing, or data mining based on user behavior. Additionally, we pledge not to sell any PHI.
